the enclose trouser is oB’s take on a pair of jeans, unlike usual jeans which tend to feel loose or tight depending how our body is that day, the enclose trouser has been designed with an adjustable tying mechanism that move as our body changes

this sturdy pair of staple wear trousers are high waist fit and come in a choice of leg fit & lengths ~ narrow ~ straight ~ wide

they are made in a hard wearing dusty cotton twill cloth, sewn with a triple stitched welt inseam, re-enforced wear points, two hidden front pockets, a tailored back bum pocket and optional knee patches

like a good old fashioned pair of jeans the enclose trousers take a little bit of time to get to wear in and get to know but once you have got used to their tying mechanism and worn them in they become a firm favourite

this garment has overlapping front mechanism like old fashioned ‘broad front trousers’ with long tying straps for an adjustable forgiving fit around the waist hips

comes in a choice of leg styles & lengths, depending on how you like to wear trousers, you can even go longer for turn ups
enclose trousers use oB’s numbered sizing, they have an adjustable waist and I tend to cut with a bot of extra room in the bum & hips.. made in a choice of cloths, which change the character & feel of the garment ~ cloths here are ordered from lightest to heaviest \/
- organic cotton sanded twill ~ sapling green ~ a mid weight cotton twill with a sanded soft texture, they make for a lighter workwear style trouser
- dusty cotton drill ~ navy or rust brown ~ a heavyweight denim like cloth with a sanded soft dusty feel for a soft weighty trouser
order a oB sample pack if you would like to have a feel first
sewn with organic cotton threads or poly cotton threads (make a note if you have a preference)
wash guide:
like traditional denim it’s best not to wash in the first 6 months of wear to allow them to soften naturally around your shape and wear in the right places
then wash infrequently and avoid over washing, as this helps garments live longer.

this garment in any of these chosen fabrics can be hand washed, machine washed at 30 or dry cleaned

tips:
loosely tie straps together in a loose bow to save them getting too tangled unroll any turn ups and turn legs inside out to help with abrasiveness- alternatively wash in a netted bag
steam iron after washing, ironing the straps is worth it trust me!

all of these cloths take a bit of breaking in for them to really feel like yours
I offer free repairs for the first year & can re-dye for you if you want them freshening up after fading in time
