Sibling Shirt in Sky - sample sale
A garment unearthed from the studio, a piece from my graduate collection some years back.
At the time this was made when I was leaning into ideas around the soft and emotional tactility between body and object, early explorations into the themes which have lead me to what I do now with oB. I worked with large expansive shapes that would shroud the body, sharp squares angles and flatness against the soft texture of rounded full human bodies.
This wide sleeve shirt is hand dyed in a dusty sky blue shade of organic cotton, it has angular paneling, side slits and a back pleat. It has a really nice weight to it. Due to it’s oversize shape it will fit a number of body shapes from size S to XL. Width laid flat measures 22” body length shoulder to hem 27”sleeve length side neck to hem 26.5”
Would like to see it go to a good home!
